Blue Ox Millworks Episode Airs
Again on TLC
Fans of the
Blue Ox will be happy to hear that The Learning Channel is once again
airing an episode of Moving Up featuring a custom door assembly at
the Blue Ox. The episode originally aired January 29th, 2005 and
follows the plight of three different families, all of whom owned and
remodeled the same Victorian home at different times. During the
third remodel, the couple brought in Blue Ox to have an authentic
Victorian style door manufactured.
The door
was a near duplicate of one manufactured by Blue Ox in the mid nineties.
The customer found the image on our website and fell in love with the idea
of having it in their home. The original door was a Blue Ox
composite of three separate designs. It was painted white and used
as the front entrance for a fine Victorian home
